We offer a wide selection of women’s ethnic wear and fashion products, including sarees, bridal wear, lehengas, suits, kurtas, handbags, and other fashion accessories. Product availability may vary from time to time.

3. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across India to serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partners. At present, international shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on our website.

No. We operate as a reseller. We source products from multiple manufacturers and suppliers and make them available to customers through our online and offline sales channels.

3. Do you offer customized products?

Yes. While most of our products are sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers, we also offer customization services for selected products, particularly bridal wear and certain women’s fashion items. After procurement, these products may be customized or enhanced based on customer requirements and prevailing market trends, such as the addition or modification of embellishments, finishing, fittings, or other design elements. Any applicable customization details will be communicated to the customer at the time of order.

4. How do you select your suppliers?

We source products from established suppliers based on factors such as product quality, consistency, pricing, availability, and reliability. We periodically review our sourcing partners to maintain our quality standards.

11.Are products exclusive of GST or inclusive of GST?

All product prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST. Any applicable discount will be applied to the product price before GST is calculated. The applicable GST will then be calculated on the discounted price and displayed separately on the Cart and Checkout pages. The final amount payable will be the discounted product price plus the applicable GST, in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations of the Government of India.


Shipping FAQs

1. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. Elegant attire ships across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. However, delivery availability depends on whether your PIN code is serviceable by our courier partners.

2. How can I check whether my location is serviceable?

You can check the estimated delivery timeline and service availability by entering your 6-digit PIN code on the respective product page.

3. What happens if my location is not serviceable?

If your delivery location is not serviceable or delivery cannot be completed due to operational, logistical, regulatory, or other unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. If delivery is not possible, your order may be cancelled and a full refund, including any shipping charges paid, will be processed.

4. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. Processing may take longer during festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. What are the estimated delivery timelines?

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–15 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on several factors.

6. Is the estimated delivery date guaranteed?

No. The delivery estimate shown on the website is indicative only and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

7. What happens if my order is not delivered within 15 business days?

If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, the order will be cancelled, a refund will be issued, and any shipping charges collected will also be reversed.

8. Will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed on the product page and at checkout before payment. Free shipping is available on eligible orders as displayed on the website. Additional shipping charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.

9. Are shipping charges refundable?

Shipping charges, if collected, are generally not refundable for cancellations or returns made after the order has been shipped. However, shipping charges may be refunded if the product is found to have a defect at the time of delivery and the claim is accepted by Elegant attire after verification. In cases where delivery is delayed as promised by Elegant attire, shipping charges may be waived at the company’s discretion.

10. How can I track my order?

After your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive shipment confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), along with tracking details and courier information.

11. Is the tracking information always accurate?

Elegant attire makes reasonable efforts to keep tracking information updated. However, tracking status is provided on a real-time basis and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate due to technical or operational reasons beyond our control.

12. How many delivery attempts will be made?

A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If the customer remains unavailable after both attempts, Elegant attire reserves the right to cancel the order.

13. Can my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Yes. Items from the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, size or weight restrictions, or operational reasons. Separate tracking details may be provided for each shipment.

14. Will I be charged extra if my order is shipped in multiple shipments?

No additional shipping charges will be levied for partial shipments unless expressly communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.

15. What should I do if my package is damaged or appears tampered with?

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. If it appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, you may refuse delivery and immediately contact customer support. Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs or videos.

16. What should I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

You must notify Elegant attire within 24 hours of delivery by providing your order number, details of the missing item(s), photographs of the package, shipping label, outer packaging, and an unboxing video (where available). Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for investigation.

17. How long does it take to investigate a missing item claim?

Elegant attire aims to complete the investigation within 7 working days of receiving the complaint. Depending on the outcome, the resolution may include shipment of the missing item, replacement, store credit, or refund.

18. Do you offer international shipping?

No. Currently, Elegant attire ships only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.

19. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD may be available for select products and serviceable locations at the sole discretion of Elegant attire. Availability may vary depending on the product, location, customer, or order.

20. Can my COD order be verified before dispatch?

Yes. Elegant attire may verify COD orders through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified or are suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled.

21. What happens if I repeatedly refuse COD orders?

Repeated refusal of COD orders, non-acceptance of deliveries, or misuse of the COD facility may result in suspension or permanent restriction of the COD payment option for your account, mobile number, or delivery address.

Order Cancellation FAQs

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You may cancel your order, either fully or partially, before it is dispatched. You can cancel your order through the My Account section of the website or by contacting Customer Support via email or phone.

2. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

No. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. However, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. What happens if I cancel a prepaid order before dispatch?

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund of the order value will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Can I cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?

Yes. COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges. However, repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in the COD facility being disabled for future purchases.

5. Can customized or made-to-order products be cancelled?

No. Orders for customized, stitched, embroidered, tailored, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or processing has commenced. Any advance payment made towards such orders is non-refundable.

6. Can Elegant attire cancel my order?

Yes. Elegant attire reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or typographical errors, incorrect customer information, non-serviceable locations, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, or legal, regulatory, operational, or logistical restrictions. If payment has already been received, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another legally permissible mode.


Returns FAQs

7. What is your return window?

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all price tags intact.

8. Which products are eligible for return?

Products may be eligible for return if they meet the return conditions stated in the policy. Returns may also be requested in cases of verified defects, deficiencies, or late delivery (except in cases of force majeure).

9. Can I return only part of my order?

Yes. Partial returns are accepted. You may submit a return request for one or more products from your order.

10. Which products cannot be returned?

16. What if my requested size is unavailable?

No. Exchanges are not available for:

Refunds FAQs

19. When am I eligible for a refund?

21. How are refunds processed for prepaid orders?

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used to place the order.

22. How are refunds processed for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

If reverse pickup is unavailable:

  • You may be required to self-ship the product.

26. When will my refund be processed for a self-shipped return?

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection, or after valid proof of delivery is received, where applicable.

27. Are slight differences in colour, embroidery, or fabric considered defects?

No. Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, embroidery placement, print patterns, motifs, embellishments, and handcrafted workmanship are considered normal characteristics and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
