Shipping Policy


This delivery policy, together with the terms of use, refund, return & cancellation policy describes Maya Collection and Bag House’ policies and procedures towards delivery of Products purchased on the Platforms. Maya Collection and Bag House makes all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products are delivered to Users in a timely fashion.

Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Delivery Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Delivery Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and the Delivery Policy and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

Maya Collection and Bag House partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users (“Logistic Partners”). Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Maya Collection and Bag House. The User will also be provided with an approximate days of delivery of the purchased Product on the order confirmation page. Maya Collection and Bag House may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.


1. Serviceable Locations

Although Maya Collection and Bag House provides shipping services across India through trusted courier and logistics partners, delivery availability may vary depending on the destination PIN code and the service coverage of our courier partners.

In certain cases, if your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, or if delivery cannot be completed due to operational, logistical, regulatory, or other unforeseen reasons, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements. If delivery is not possible, your order may be cancelled and a full refund, including any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order, will be processed.

The estimated delivery time for each product can be checked on the respective product page by entering your 6-digit PIN code. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, destination, courier availability, and other factors. The delivery estimate displayed on the website is indicative and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural calamities, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.


2. Shipping Charges

Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to charge shipping charges on Products of a value of lower than a specified amount and/or Products, the payment for which is made by way of cash on delivery or any other online mode of payment. Details of shipping charges can be found on product page of website.

Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders as displayed on the website.
Standard Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations.

If charged, such charges shall not be refunded to the User on cancellations or returns that are made after the shipping of the purchased Products, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by Maya Collection and Bag House after due verification at its sole discretion). Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.

In case of delay of delivery as promised by Maya Collection and Bag House, Maya Collection and Bag House may consider waiving off the shipping charges as per its discretion.


3. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

To initiate a return request, customers must:

  1. Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  2. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 Business Days
  3. Remote Areas: 7–15 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. However in any case maximum timeline is 15 business days to deliver the ordered item(s). Order will be canceled and refund will be issued to the user if delivery timeline exceeds 15 business days and any shipping charges, if levied, will be reversed. Users can find out the estimated delivery timeline on the product page by entering relevant pin codes of respective areas.

5. Address Accuracy

Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold Maya Collection and Bag House liable at any point in time.


6. Order Tracking

Upon the successful placing of an order on the Platforms and after Maya Collection and Bag House has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, customer will receive shipment confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp (if applicable) along with tracking details and courier information.

The customer may use the tracking identity number on the Platforms or the website and/or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner to check the whereabouts of the purchased Product and the estimated time of its delivery. Maya Collection and Bag House shall make reasonable attempts in ensuring that the tracking status of the purchased Products is updated in a timely manner.

However, Maya Collection and Bag House does not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status since it is updated on a real-time basis and is subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and other technicalities beyond Maya Collection and Bag House’s control.


7. Delivery Attempts

A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion.

While Maya Collection and Bag House shall make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of:

  • logistical issues beyond Maya Collection and Bag House’s control;
  • unsuitable weather conditions;
  • political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
  • acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
  • other unforeseen circumstances

In such events of delay, Maya Collection and Bag House shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the User by writing to the User on his/her registered email account and/or mobile number. Maya Collection and Bag House disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to intimate the User of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Platforms. Further, Maya Collection and Bag House shall be under no obligation to compensate the User for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the purchased Products.


8. Partial Shipment

In certain circumstances, items included in the same order may be shipped separately. This may occur due to product availability, inventory being stored at different warehouse locations, packaging requirements, size or weight restrictions, or operational reasons. Where feasible, customers will be informed if an order is being dispatched in multiple shipments. Separate tracking details may be provided for each shipment as and when they are dispatched.

No additional shipping charges will be levied on the customer for partial shipments unless expressly communicated and agreed upon before dispatch. A partial shipment shall not be considered a non-delivery of the order, provided the remaining item(s) are dispatched within a reasonable time frame. Delivery timelines for individual shipments may vary depending on product availability and the destination.

In cases where one or more items in an order become unavailable after the order has been placed, Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to cancel and refund the unavailable item(s) while proceeding with the shipment of the remaining item(s). The refund for such cancelled item(s) will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, you may refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer support team at contact@elegantattire.in. Any damage claims should be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs or videos.


10. Missing Items in Shipment

Customers are requested to carefully inspect their package and verify all items immediately upon delivery.

If any item(s) are missing from the delivered package, the customer must notify Maya Collection and Bag House within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at contact@elegantattire.in and providing the order number, details of the missing item(s), photographs of the received package, shipping label, outer packaging, and an unboxing video, wherever available.

Claims reported after the specified period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

Upon receiving a missing-item claim, Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to conduct an investigation with its warehouse, courier partners, and internal records. Maya Collection and Bag House will try to complete the investigation within 7 working days of the complaint received. Resolution may include shipment of the missing item, replacement, store credit, or refund, as deemed appropriate based on the outcome of the investigation.

No claim for missing items shall be accepted if the package was delivered in a tampered condition and the customer accepted the delivery without reporting the issue to the delivery personnel or without notifying us within the prescribed timeframe.

Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to reject fraudulent, suspicious, or unsupported claims where sufficient evidence is not provided by the customer


11. Return and Exchange

Return and exchange of purchased Products shall be carried out by Maya Collection and Bag House’ reverse-logistics partners or its own delivery executives. Further details on how Users may process returns and exchanges of purchased Products have been set out under the Return and Refund Policy which may be accessed in cancellation, return and refund policy section.


12. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India unless otherwise specified on the website.


13. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select products and serviceable locations at the sole discretion of Maya Collection and Bag House. Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to enable, disable, restrict, or withdraw the COD payment option for any product, order, customer, location, or transaction without prior notice.

Customers opting for COD are required to make full payment at the time of delivery. Failure to accept delivery or make payment may result in cancellation of the order and restriction of COD services for future purchases.

Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to verify COD orders through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified or are suspected to be fraudulent may be cancelled without prior notice.

For high-value orders, Maya Collection and Bag House may require partial or full advance payment before processing and dispatching the order.

Any applicable COD handling charges shall be displayed at checkout and shall be payable by the customer along with the order amount.

In the event of a return, cancellation, or refund of a COD order, the refund amount shall be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other method determined by Maya Collection and Bag House after obtaining the necessary payment details from the customer.

Repeated refusal of COD orders, non-acceptance of deliveries, or misuse of the COD facility may result in suspension or permanent restriction of the COD payment option for the concerned customer account, mobile number, or delivery address.


14. Conduct of Delivery Personnel and Logistic Partners

Maya Collection and Bag House, as an internal process, undertakes multiple diligences to ensure that their delivery executives and the individuals employed by their Logistic Partners are individuals with the highest regard for ethics and integrity. However, it is not possible for Maya Collection and Bag House to ensure that its own delivery executives or employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by Maya Collection and Bag House’s delivery executives or by the employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Maya Collection and Bag House’s control and any issue arising between a User and Maya Collection and Bag House’s delivery executive or an employee of the Logistic Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.


15. FORCE MAJEURE

Maya Collection and Bag House shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Pandemic situations
  • Transportation disruptions

18. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Maya Collection and Bag House in relation to any cancelled order, returned product, exchange request, or refund claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the concerned product.

Maya Collection and Bag House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.


19. Policy Amendments

Maya Collection and Bag House reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Policy shall always be available on the website and shall become effective immediately upon publication.
